Reserving your beef

Our beef reservation process is designed to bring premium, locally raised beef directly to your table. To reserve your share, place your information and your desired quantity inside of the reservation form below. There is a NON-REFUNDABLE $250 deposit for each half of beef. If you'd like to submit a check or cash payment, please contact us so that we can coordinate with you directly. Our products are either sold as 1/2 a cow or 1 cow. At this time, we do not offer quarters. Upon completion you will be added to an email/text chain providing you updates on our process. Each reservation supports our family ranch and sustainable farming practices.

What is a half of cow?

As described in our Privacy Policy, we collect personal information from your interactions with us and our website, including through cookies and similar technologies. We may also share this personal information with third parties, including advertising partners. We do this in order to show you ads on other websites that are more relevant to your interests and for other reasons outlined in our privacy policy.

Our target weight for a live animal will be between 1300 and 1500lbs. There is roughly a 62% loss from a live animal to its hanging weight at the packer. If you order a half of beef, you'd take home around 480-550lbs providing the animal weighed 1400lbs live. This will consist of steaks, roasts, ground beef, brisket, soup/dog bones, and other extras. The exact details of your order will be decided by you. This will include cuts, quantities, thickness, and so on. We will be sending out cut sheets when we get closer to finishing our animals.

This season's cattle heard was born late summer of 2025. They will be available early 2027 for pickup. If you have any questions about our program, our animals, or this process do not hesitate to reach out. We look forward to speaking with you!
