Reserving your beef

Our beef reservation process is designed to bring premium, locally raised beef directly to your table. To reserve your share, place your information and your desired quantity inside of the reservation form above. There is a NON-REFUNDABLE $200 deposit for a quarter, $250 for a half, and $500 for a whole cow. Upon submission of your reservation, you will be added to an email/text chain providing you updates on our process. We do not offer shipping. When your reservation is ready we will coordinate pickup with all our customers directly! Each reservation supports our family ranch and sustainable farming practices.
