Our cattle are onsite and looking great! We were nervous about drought conditions this season but, the recent rain showers were exactly what we needed. Our pasture grass is tall and healthy, and our animals are looking incredible!

We're excited to announce we are opening reservations for 2026 locker beef. You can place your reservation by clicking the "Buy Now" link above or the "Order Beef" tab in the Menu. Once you have chosen your order size fill out your cut sheet, pay your deposit, and we will reach out when your order is ready for pickup!

We will be testing the waters with POCC merch you can purchase directly from our website. We are aiming for shirts, hats, sweatshirts, stickers, and coffee cups. Let us know if there is anything you want to see!
